1. General Principles

By enrolling in any program at PDDYSS, you agree to the terms of this policy. All refund requests must be submitted via email to panditdeendayalyog@gmail.com along with your enrollment and payment details.

2. Digital Courses & Pre-recorded Content

• No Refunds: For self-paced digital courses or pre-recorded modules where instant access is granted, all sales are final.
• Rationale: Once digital content is accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned and the associated intellectual property is considered consumed.

3. Teacher Training Programs (TTC) & Live Workshops

• 7 Days or More Before Start Date: 80% refund after deduction of administrative and registration charges.
• Less than 7 Days Before Start Date: No refund. Enrollment may be transferred to a future batch within 6 months (management discretion).
• After Program Commencement: No refunds under any circumstances.

4. Offline Retreats & Physical Center Programs

• Refund requests accepted only if submitted 30 days prior, subject to 25% cancellation fee.
• No refunds for No-shows or mid-retreat departures.

5. Corporate Wellness & Private Sessions

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

6. Technical Failures

If a live session is cancelled due to a technical failure on PDDYSS’s end, a compensatory session will be scheduled. No partial refunds will be issued for participant-side technical issues.

7. Course Cancellation by PDDYSS

• 100% refund of the fee paid, OR
• Transfer to another PDDYSS course.

8. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Bank charges and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

9. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
